Event Concierge Application

Thank you so much for expressing interest in being part of our Event Concierge Team! This service will now be offered to all first-time renters and any active renters who opt in. It will include support with checking in students, registering walk-ins, and navigating the space (lights, Sonos speakers, elevator, educating renters on basic operations, etc.) as well as the option to have someone do basic post-event clean-up. Compensation will be offered to you as follows:

• $15 compensation for just Pre-event support (set up and check-ins, 30 min prior to event only, so just a quick pop-in)

• $25 compensation for just Post-event support (break down and clean up, 30 min post-event only)

• $40 compensation for Pre AND Post-event support (opening and closing for event hosts, includes free admission to the event you support, courtesy of The Collective)

This is another beautiful opportunity to take an active role in growing this community as you will meet many folks outside of your regular classes. You will need to be proficient in basic MindBody check-in and registration procedures as well as cleaning protocol. Most importantly, we want to create a welcoming environment for Collective Renters and every student that walks into the space, so an ability to navigate the logistics with warm and calm professionalism is crucial. We are prioritizing current teacher members and subs to be on the team since you have the most familiarity with the space. We are asking for a brief assessment of your understanding to be completed. Your ability to answer these questions correctly or not will have no effect on your invitation to the Event Concierge team. Instead, it will just help us to know which areas we can assist you in the role and improve proficiency in providing client support. Once finalized, we’ll add you to a Telegram thread. You’ll receive regular communications about upcoming events, and like sub requests, you’ll have the opportunity to say which ones you’d like to cover.
