Rent the Studio

Our studio is available for community workshops, private events, photoshoots, video recording and private group classes. Choose the rental model below that fits what you’re planning.

Applications are accepted year-round. Before choosing your dates, please check our class schedule for open times.

 

Private Rental: the space is yours to use

  • $65/hr to rent the studio.

  • You handle all promotion and registration and keep 100% of what you earn.

  • The Collective does not list, promote or host registration for Private Rentals.

  • Up to 50 people. For mat-based classes, the room comfortably fits 30 mats.

  • Please book enough time to include your setup and breakdown.

  • Applications must be submitted at least 14 business days before your requested date.

  • Ideal for photoshoots, video recording, private group classes and private events.

Private Rental Application

Partner Event: we list it, co-promote it and handle registration

  • $65/hr rental fee, paid upfront. You set the ticket price, with a $20 minimum.

  • We list your event on our website and booking page, promote it through our newsletter and social media, and manage all registrations and payments for a 10% processing fee.

  • Members receive 50% off all Partner Events, which helps bring a wider, dedicated audience to your event. Your payout is based on the discounted price members pay.

  • Includes a complimentary 30 minutes before and after your rental for setup and breakdown.

  • Up to 30 participants. Partner Events are scheduled on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons and evenings.

  • After your event, you receive your ticket sales minus the 10% processing fee, paid by Zelle or PayPal.

Partner Event Application

Partner Event applications must be submitted at least 45 days before the requested date so we have time to review, approve, coordinate and market your event.

Hour Packages

Available for Private Rentals and Partner Events.

  • 12hr Pack: $720 (you save $60)

  • 25hr Pack: $1,375 (you save $250)

  • 52hr Pack: $2,600 (you save $780)

Refundable Security Deposit

A $50 refundable security deposit is required to secure your booking. It protects against any damage to the space and is returned in full by Zelle or PayPal (PayPal charges a 3% fee) once all closing procedures in the Collective Renter Packet are complete. You’ll receive the packet once your booking is confirmed. Deposits are waived for active Teacher Members.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30 or more days’ notice: full refund.

  • 15 to 29 days’ notice: credit to reschedule.

  • 14 days or less: no refund or credit.
