Packages available to teachers, therapists, space holders, creatives or anyone renting studio or therapeutic space on occasion and exclusively for their own needs.

If you plan to put on a public facing event or workshop at The Collective St.Pete, we have created a few different payment structures in order to meet an individual where they are at. See below for details.

Capacity:

  • Studio Space holds 48 mats total, 23 mats total under Covid policies.

  • Therapy Room holds 2 individuals

Studio Space Pricing and Payment Options:

  1. Collective Renter (Private Use) - $65/hr to rent the space. If this is to host an event or workshop, you retain the entire profit and are responsible for all aspects of promotion and registration for your gathering. The Collective does not promote this event or host registration links.

  2. Collective Renter (Processing) - $65/hr to rent the space, you set the price, The Collective manages all registrations and charges you just a 10% processing fee since we'd cover all transactions, you keep all of your own profits. You’ll receive a complimentary 30 minutes before and after your scheduled rental hours to set up for and breakdown from your event or workshop. The Collective helps to promote the event via website, newsletter and social media platforms.

  3. No Rent (60/40 Split) - You set the price, The Collective manages all registrations and splits profits with you. You retain 60% of sales and we keep 40%. The Collective will promote the event via website, newsletter, and social media platforms.

    *The Collective St.Pete is partnered with Class Pass in an effort to increase accessibility and to help get more bodies in the space for the teachers. Teachers who opt in to have their offering visible to Class Pass members will receive $3/head per Class Pass registrant.

Therapy Room Pricing:

$ 25 Single Hour

12hr Pack - $240.00 (you save $60)

25hr Pack - $450.00 (you save $175)

52hr Pack - $832.00 (you save $468)

Refundable Security Deposit -

Beginning Fall 2022 at The Collective St.Pete, a refundable security deposit of $50.00 will now be required to secure your space rental. We have made this decision to ensure protection against any damages that may occur while operating within the space and the deposit will be returned in full as long as ALL required closing procedures have been satisfied as per the Collective Renter Packet that will be provided once booking has been fully confirmed.

Cancellation Policy -

For full refund: 30 days notice is required.

For credit to reschedule: More than 14 days notice is required.

No refund nor credit is given if cancellation occurs less than 14 days of rental date.
