Come experience a meditative yoga, yoga nidra, and sound bath journey that will help soothe your mind, body and spirit. Throughout the entire class, Kelsey and Nikki will envelop you in sounds, frequencies and vibrations from gongs, various drums, himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, rainsticks, chimes, rattles & more during this immersive, therapeutic sound bath. The first 45 minutes will be focused on warming up the body through gentle stretches, followed by a yoga nidra practice to facilitate calming both body and mind. Finally, savasana will be accompanied by light reiki to surround you with further energetic bliss.

Dr. Kelsey Evans-Amalu is a consultant, researcher, and teacher of somatic practice, contemplative philosophy, and applied mindfulness coaching for all ages- as a practitioner herself, she stands upon the intersection of trauma-informed and culturally responsive teaching through the use of mindfulness and social emotional learning. She has a PhD in Education, Masters in Education, 500 Hour E-RYT, Kids Yoga Certified, and is Trauma Yoga Certified, Certified Meditation Teacher, Reiki Certified, and Hypnosis Certified.

Nikki Reichart is the owner of Syzygy LLC – Sound Healing, Meditation & Yoga, based out of Orlando, Florida. She offers private one-on-one customized sessions, group sound baths, yoga classes with sonic-vibrational assists, transformational breathwork sessions, and a variety of workshops and trainings. While tapping into intuitive guidance, clairsentient gifts, trauma-informed protocols, and altruistic intention, she holds space for others while encouraging connection to Self through the modalities of therapeutic sound healing, yoga, meditation, breathwork, aromatherapy, ice baths and somatic release exercises.
