The Winter Solstice, the darkest night of the year, holds the spiritual significance of releasing what's no longer serving your Highest Good to prepare for the self-reflection and wisdom that comes through in the winter.
Jaida will open with a guided meditation that will guide you through releasing any thought patterns or attachments that are no longer serving your highest good. We'll then move through an energetic release practice that will allow you to access deep states of peace. After the energy healing practice, we'll flow through a simple process of setting an intention, followed by sipping ceremonial cacao. If you're looking for a ceremony to allow you to release that which you've been energetically carrying for too long, this is for you.
What is cacao?
Cacao (the main ingredient in chocolate) has been used for thousands of years in ceremony by native mesoamerican cultures, such as the Mayans & Aztecs. Not only does it taste delicious, but it provides a warm, uplifting feeling. It could be described as less intense than coffee, but spiritually powerful. It increases blood flow and releases a host of feel-good chemicals in the brain, but is not inebriating. Cacao helps open up the heart chakra as you send your intentions out into the Universe. The cacao we'll be drinking is ethically sourced from Guatemala & has been blessed by a shaman. ♡ Spots are limited, so be sure to secure your spot in advance. I can't wait to see you there!
