This intimate experience will bring you a breathtaking candlelit ambience and sunset vibes to encourage relaxation in the body. This event will hold space for one hour of yin yoga guided by Regina Fields of Brave Baby Bird, followed by 1 hour of breathwork by Alex Duran of Grounded in Color. All are welcome.
Alex Duran is 200hr certified, a wellness and equity advocate, breath work facilitator, and trauma informed space holder with 5 years of experience in yoga.
Regina Fields is a 200hr certified practitioner, mom and survivor using her love for the practice of yoga to meet people where they are in their lived experience with joy and through spirit.
