Join Amanda to tap into your own self trust with the power of your breath. In this workshop you will be guided into accessing your own intuition and where in your life you get to start making decisions from a place of trust and love over fear. You will answer the question, “Who do you become in your most trusting state?”
The workshop will open with a small discussion over what self-trust means to you and how the theme of trusting ourselves shows up in our day-to-day. Then we will move into breathwork and end with time for reflection, journaling, and discussion.
During this practice you will be guided through the Reset breathwork technique.
