This is an advanced embodiment workshop for all genders. We will be exploring intimacy through movement, eye contact, breath, and conversation. There will be no touch involved and all practices will be optional, but highly encouraged. 

We all hold masculine + feminine energy. In relationships & friendships, our expression of BOTH energies is crucial for deep intimacy and connection. During this workshop you will be guided to experience both of these energies within you with the goal of creating deeper intimacy in ALL of your relationships. I will be teaching the foundation of masculine + feminine energy as well as how it relates to intimacy. I will also be guiding you through partner work when exploring these energies.

Please join if you’d like to create more intimacy in your relationships (especially romantic). This is an advanced workshop and it’s open to newbies if you feel comfortable with everything mentioned. :)
