Flow, Breathe, Stretch w/ Hannah McAtee

This offering will feature approximately 30 minutes each of vinyasa, pranayama, and yin modalities. We will start with a gentle flow to connect with the body and prepare for seated breath techniques, before slowing it down with longer holds. No previous experience necessary. This class will be accessible and offer modifications for all bodies.

Hannah is a certified yoga and pranayama teacher. She is excited to share her passion for the mind-body connection through this new offering.
