Heart Chakra Activation & Cacao Ceremony

The heart chakra is the energy center in the body through which we give and receive love. This energy center also determines our ability to walk our life path with ease and grace.

♡Join us on 1.29.22 at 6pm for a Heart Chakra Activation + Cacao Ceremony♡

We'll start with a hypnotic meditation, designed to help you release any energies that are no longer serving your Highest Good, as well as activate your heart chakra. This meditation can help you experience deep states of inner peace, relaxation, and infinite love.

After the meditation, we'll flow through a simple process of setting an intention, followed by sipping ceremonial cacao.

What is cacao?

Cacao (the main ingredient in chocolate) has been used for thousands of years in ceremony by native mesoamerican cultures, such as the Mayans & Aztecs. Not only does it taste delicious, but it provides a warm, uplifting feeling. It could be described as less intense than coffee, but spiritually powerful. It increases blood flow and releases a host of feel-good chemicals in the brain, but is not inebriating. Cacao helps open up the heart chakra as you send your intentions out into the Universe. The cacao we'll be drinking is ethically sourced from Guatemala & has been blessed by a shaman. ♡
