Internal Yoga: A practice of Pranayama and Yoga Nidra

Yoga is a system of tools that’s aim is to achieve the highest level of happiness, health, and harmony. Our wish is to share with you all the limbs of yoga, including asana but also beyond asana. We hope to empower each individual to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and what brings each of us happiness.
In this class expect to do surya namaskar (sun salutation), pranayama, and Yoga Nidra.

The tools used in Yoga Nidra are feelings, awareness and visualization. Yoga Nidra is a hypnayogic state between wakefulness and sleep induced consciously by allowing our awareness to travel from body to breath to senses to thoughts and beyond. During Yoga Nidra the first stages of meditation (pratyahara, dharana and dhyana) may or may not occur.

What to bring:
- A relaxed attitude, faith in the technique, and an open heart
- A journal and pen to reflect on your practice
- Any other ceremonial or sacred items you'd enjoy.
