Bring awareness back to your body, mind and spirit. During this mini retreat Jessica Spackman RYT200 will lead you through an all levels gentle vinyasa flow. After creating movement within the body, you will be guided into a final relaxation pose for 20 minutes of crystal bowl sound meditation. We will finish the retreat with Amanda Shaw MA, ATR-P who will teach a mandala making exercise using research-based creative approaches to affect processing of the brain in a way that will bring you inspired practical solutions.
