New Moon Autumn Equinox Guided Meditation & Sacred Sound Ceremony

Be held in sacred space as we connect with the elements and journey together in healing sound and yogic sleep on the New Moon and Autumnul Equinox. We will practice yoga nidra, an ancient form of guided meditation that invites the nervous system to relax, the body to rest, the mind to let go, and the heart to awaken to one's true, radiant essence. Set to soothing crystal bowls and Jenn’s lovingly improvised singing, you will be guided through a body scan, breath awareness, and a deep imagining through the “koshas,” or layers of consciousness, written for the New Moon and Autumn Equinox. In this space, you are invited to remember who you are, bringing back all of the parts of yourself into wholeness and love.

Sound healing creates a vibrational atmosphere that relaxes the nervous system, allowing the body to restore and repair itself. Being in this meditative state promotes a sense of peace and wellbeing and has been known to reduce stress and release some effects of trauma. This practice is led in the ancient yoga nidra tradition as taught by Sam Bianchini and Tracee Stanley. We practice creating BRAVE space together and all are welcome.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. If desired, an eye mask can be helpful. We also have blankets and bolsters for your comfort.
