This dark, wintering season in the northern hemisphere calls us into rituals of rest, sleep, dreaming, and stillness. It is a time to move slowly, to sit with the silence, to nurture, to feel, to listen. Let us ease into the first Full Moon of 2023 together in softness and sacred rest as we gather together to release the past season and plant heartfelt seeds of intention for this new one.
In this space, we will connect with the sweet energy of cacao as we pause and allow our heart’s truth to speak to us. We will invite the guidance of our intuition as we allow ourselves to rest in a guided sound healing journey with crystal singing bowls, soothing vocals, and other instruments. We will spend the latter part of our time journaling and sharing together in community what was illuminated in our personal experience, what we are releasing, and what seeds we wish to plant.
Through this experience of sacred rest and reflection, we expand our capacity to receive and we regenerate ourselves. In this deep imagining, we get to dream awake what is already alive our hearts. We get to experience ease and pleasure in creating a life we love - a life that is in alignment with our own energy and rhythms rather than the pace of hustle and grind. We get to create more space for beauty, rest, awakening, peace, love, joy, abundance, softness, ease, belonging, wholeness, and whatever else you are dreaming of.
Please bring a journal and pen as well as your own mug.
Cacao has an ancient origin in Aztec and Mayan cultures and was revered as a divine food. Jenn uses 100% ceremonial grade cacao purchased from her indigenous teachers in Guatemala. This amazing superfood plant medicine is credited with opening up the heart space and greater dimensions of consciousness. It contains the "Bliss Molecule," anandamide, which can create a euphoric feeling, as well as the "Love Chemical" (phenylethylamine), which triggers the natural release of endorphins. It is not a psychedelic or intoxicant, and its effects are very gentle. This circle will not be held in the traditional medicine ceremony style and will rather have a more casual, communal feel.
There are a few scholarships available. First consideration will be given to BIPOC / LGBTQIA+. Please reach out to Jenn directly (hi@jenngaudreau.com).
