Lets Roll and Stretch, Yamuna® Body Rolling and Stretching with Emily Stein at The Collective!
In this class we will focus some of the tightest areas of our bodies-our neck and shoulders and hips. We will work to release tension to open our shoulders and lengthen and elongate our entire body to create space. We will learn basic balancing routines on soft inflatable Yamuna® balls to improve core strength and upper body strength.
