Through movement meditation, a guided sensual ecstatic dance, coaching guidance, journaling, a divine feminine crystal bowl sound bath, and connection, we will release shame, embrace our own inner divinity, and cultivate a harmonious relationship with our sexuality.

In addition to individual exploration, this event invites the opportunity to connect with other participants who share the desire for sexual liberation, empowerment, and self-exploration. We will engage in meaningful conversations, share experiences, and create a supportive network that honors and celebrates each person's unique path.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring:

• Water

• Something to sit on such as a yoga mat, blanket, cushion

• A notebook or journal to write in and something to write with. (Adency's themed journals will be available for purchase $10)

• Something small that is personal to add your energy to the altar (make sure to take it back home with you)

• Lots of Friends!
