Treasured: A Somatic Self-Care Journey with Shalin Lele

Join us for a deep self care journey that will take you from a state of scattered or overwhelm to creating a felt sense of safety in your body using nervous system regulation tools.

We will move into a greater sense of ease and self-love using somatic tools to build in spaciousness inside ourselves. This is for you if you would like to connect deeper to yourself by treasuring who you are now; and support yourself as you grow into your next evolution.

We slow down together, make friends with your body, and get in touch with your true needs. Imagine knowing how to fill your cup before reaching towards your phone or a low-quality relationship.

This is a gentle workshop which includes journaling, self-compassion and somatic work that aims to help you create a strong everyday self care practice. Bring water, a journal and a pen. If you feel called, please bring a special comfort item such as a blanket, or crystal to keep next to you.

Shalin believes that each one of us can come back home to our self energy and show up authentically for the greater good of the community.

She is a somatic guide who is certified in Somatic Attachment Therapy after finding that this modality offered healing for a lot of her childhood trauma.

She is passionate about restoring wholeness so we can share our light with the world.
