Trust The Unknown: Soma Breath + Yoga Workshop

Let's face it, we are living in some crazy ass times with a lot of uncertainty about what the future will bring. What if instead of fearing the unknown we trusted in it? What if instead of closing ourselves off we allowed ourselves to be open and we became more expansive? What if we embraced the unknown with a loving open heart?

Join Patrick aka Breathe2thebeat and yoga instructor Shan for a collaborative yoga and SOMA Breath workshop! Shannon will start the class with a journal prompt followed by a 45 minute vinyasa flow to help center the body and mind and become grounded. Breathe2thebeat will then lead in an Energize Routine with about 10-15 minutes of shaking and dancing followed by about 45 minutes of SOMA Breathwork. There will be time at the end of class to share about your experience.
