In this mini-retreat Bob offers the top tools from the yogi's toolkit to calm the busy mind and find inner peace. Our world is increasingly complex and stressful. Anxiety levels are at an all time high. What can you do to mitigate the impacts on your brain body and life. We will explore Yoga postures, Mediation, Reflective Writing / Journaling and other mindfulness practices you can integrate into your daily life. Together we will learn about ourselves and what we can take home with you and use on a regular basis to move our lives in a balancing directing toward peace and harmony.
