What drew you to The Collective?

I moved here from Chicago in 2020 and had taken all of my offerings online; I had put it out into the Universe to find a space to offer yoga and ceremony in person when the time was right. I am in love with St. Pete, and when I saw The Collective was opening, it just felt right. The mission of healers, yogis, and business owners supporting other healers, yogis, and business owners is in such deep alignment with my own work. I am over the moon to have the opportunity to hone my practice, teach, learn, and connect with this vibrant, growing community!

What kind of teacher are you?

I believe we are our own greatest teachers and healers. No matter where we are on our journey, we are each a mirror for one another - both to see our own radiance and our opportunities to grow through challenges. Sometimes we simply need a guide or a friend who will create space for us to hear our own inner wisdom and find peace. I am always learning and growing, recognizing this is a lifelong journey and that we all have something to learn from one another. It's my deep desire to create brave and inclusive space, where everyone is welcome. I bring this approach of safety, support, discovery, and curiosity to all of my teaching, ceremony, and work.

What else are you up to?

So much these days- ha!! My work as an intuitive brand guide and photographer involves creating an empowering space for individuals to show up authentically and embody their truth, their radiance, and their power. I help healers, conscious creators, and mindfulness guides cultivate their sacred business through compelling imagery and by sharing their medicine via the power of story. I also use the vibration of music and the voice along with reiki, cacao, yoga, meditation, and pranayama to lead ceremonies and create experiences that promote relaxation, restoration, heart opening, and healing. I rediscovered my singing voice two years ago and fell in love with the sound of crystal bowls where my journey with sacred sound began. Since then I've voraciously consumed any opportunity to go deeper in my practice including training with sound ceremonialists, vocal teachers, and medicine carriers in Europe, the US, and Central America. I recently completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at The Lotus Pond Center in Tampa, and I'm continuing my path towards becoming a 500 hr RYT, including meditation, yoga nidra, and restorative certifications. I've also returned to school to continue my education in the field of psychology as I find learning more about our consciousness endlessly fascinating! I am deeply interested in the ways mindfulness and spiritual practice can help individuals live out their own personal narratives more vibrantly and contribute to a life of flourishing, wellbeing, and social change for the collective.
