What drew you to The Collective?
When I first discovered The Collective, I was drawn in by the variety of classes and teachers. Each class has its own unique vibe to it which is a straight reflection of the teachers given the space to teach from their heart. The Collective isn't your average wellness center, it's a space that welcomes individuality & a collaboration of holistic wellness practices. It's a community where students & teachers are invited to come together to share & explore their common passion of overall health & wellbeing... How could I not be drawn to that?!
What kind of teacher are you?
My approach to teaching is a hybrid style of coaching from my own knowledge as well as promoting self learning & actualization. I serve as a guide to my students by expressing different ideas & suggestions which helps them formulate their own beliefs around what feels most true for them.
What else are you up to?
I offer 1:1 mentorship programs which combine an intuitive & holistic approach to guide my clients into discovering & embodying their own unique expression of what it feels like to be healthy and happy in their life. I'm on a mission to hold space for women to learn to love themselves, to help them tune into their intuition & tap into that wisdom that is already there within themselves so they can feel confident & empowered. Other things that light me up daily are moving my body through exercise, long walks, or hikes. I love baking and sharing my treats with friends & family. And I enjoy spending time with myself to just be through meditating, journaling, and self reflection.
