About the host

Originally from Turkmenistan, Chemen brings eight years of yoga teaching experience and a diverse background to her practice. Chemen is certified with E-RYT 500 hours, YACEP through Yoga Alliance, in Breathwork and Pranayama through Breath Guidance, and is a Cacao Ceremony Facilitator. She also excels as a concert pianist, piano instructor, and is fluent in five languages.

After a breast cancer diagnosis and a challenging year of chemotherapy, Chemen found solace and strength in yoga. Her experience proved to be life-changing. Yoga lifted her spirits, playing a huge part in her physical and mental recuperation, creating a renewed outlook on life. Years later, she “feels stronger, more energetic and happier than ever”.

Chemen offers personalized yoga sessions, adapting styles to suit each student's needs. Her approach encourages students to meet themselves where they are and find their edge in body, mind, and life.
