Full Moon Circle in Virgo | Yoga, Sound Bath, & Tea

Virgo Full Moon Lunar Eclipse: Releasing the Inner Critic

Join us under the Virgo Full Moon Lunar Eclipse for an evening of deep restoration, nervous system grounding, and compassionate release. This eclipse highlights the quiet exhaustion that comes from constant self-improvement, over-responsibility, and measuring worth through productivity. It invites us to step out of fixing mode and into a more humane rhythm of being.

Virgo’s medicine, when softened, reminds us that care is not earned through effort. That rest is not a reward. That healing does not require optimization. Under this lunar eclipse, the patterns of self-judgment, over-functioning, and inner pressure that have shaped our days are ready to be acknowledged and gently laid down.

We’ll begin with community introductions and an overview of the astrology of this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse, offering insight into how themes of burnout, self-worth, and sustainable devotion are being illuminated during this eclipse season.

You’ll be guided through a grounding, heart-centered process designed to calm the inner critic and restore trust in the body’s wisdom, supported by:

  • Restorative Yoga to release tension held from overdoing and overthinking and help the body detoxify

  • A Guided Meditation and Sound Bath to soothe the nervous system and quiet mental loops

  • Heart-Centered Journaling Prompts to unravel productivity-based self-worth and invite self-compassion which opens the door to editing unproductive storylines

  • Oracle Card Guidance for clarity, reassurance, and support through the eclipse portal

This experience is intentionally slow, spacious, and regulating, offering relief from pressure rather than another task to complete. Healing here is not something to accomplish. It is something to allow.

We’ll close our time together with a nourishing herbal tea to support the nervous system, followed by a gentle closing circle to integrate insights, share if desired, and be witnessed in community. The circle is facilitated by Nikki, who brings a trauma-informed, emotionally attuned approach to holding spaces that prioritize safety, softness, and sustainable care.

All levels welcome. No prior yoga, meditation, or journaling experience required.
