Curious about Nia? This workshop is for you! We'll introduce the basic concepts and principles of Nia then get moving in a beginning level Nia class. All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience is required. Experience Nia in this two-hour workshop designed specifically for beginners.

Nia is a powerful fusion of dance, martial arts and mindfulness practices. It is a holistic movement and wellness practice addressing each aspect of your life - body, mind, emotions and spirit.
