During this mini retreat Jessica Spackman RYT200, RDN will lead you through an all levels gentle vinyasa flow. Although titled gentle, we will build strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and stamina.
We will use breath and movement to bring your awareness back to your body. After creating movement within the body, you will be guided into a final relaxation pose for 20 minutes of crystal bowl sound meditation.
Amanda Shaw MA, LMHC, ATR-P will guide you through a reflection process that will bring you inspired practical solutions. We will finish the mini-wellness retreat with a nutritious drink called cacao and a discussion on how nutrition affects mental health.
