About the Host, Aja Perry

Aja is an occupational therapist and somatic practitioner who guides students through
movement, meditation, and body-based practices to reconnect with their innate capacity to heal. With a deep respect for the body's wisdom and her own lived experience, Aja creates spaces where individuals can soften, listen, and come home to themselves. Her work is rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and connection. Through trauma-informed somatic practices, she invites students not to fix or escape what they feel, but to build the capacity to move with it, and to form a new, compassionate relationship with themselves.
