A deeply relaxing and balancing experience unfolds as you surrender to invisible waves of gentle sound, choreographed to encourage stress and anxiety reduction, and to stimulate more beneficial digestion and sleep patterns. Recommended as complimentary support for those who experience frequent headaches, sleeplessness, digestion issues, menstrual discomfort, depressed immunity, anxiety, or general overwhelm.Before the meditative sounds of Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes and other healing instruments wash over you, we begin with a guided self-massage application of an aroma-therapeutic vagus nerve balancing oil, which is yours to continue to enjoy at home.

This workshop will be operating under our Covid Formal Policy, masks will be required.

***Please bring a yoga or exercise mat, and any pillows and blankets that you wish to ensure maximum comfort while reclined during your sound bath experience. The Collective does have yoga blankets, bolsters and blocks available for use as well.
