Asana For Athletes

Join Caroline Parry of Boundless Movement Healing for a slower paced, hatha-based workshop, focusing on postures to stretch and sooth the muscle groups primarily used in activities such as running, weight-lifting, and cycling.

We will explore different yoga postures to enhance athletic performance in these workouts as well as to alleviate and prevent pain.

This workshop will be operating under our Covid Mindful Policy, Masks will be required once situated on your mat.
