In this workshop, you will find a relaxed atmosphere to explore the creative writing process. Using prompts, exercises, and senses. This is a guided and open workshop with time to write as you wish. This workshop is perfect for insight, inspiration, processing experiences, and overcoming writer's block. In addition, it explores a mindfulness-based approach to writing. This workshop will start with a grounding and mindful movement practice and guided meditation. To relax and prepare to open the creative flow.
