Join us in a beautiful ceremonial experience with sacred sound and cacao. We will open our circle with ceremonial smudging, candle lighting invocation, calling forth the blessing and guidance of the land, and a talk about the history and sacred usage of cacao, known to be a very heart opening plant medicine. After blessing and serving the cacao in a ritual passed on from Peruvian and Mayan lineages, we will spend some time setting and sharing intentions, and singing (or listening to) a few medicine songs and mantras together. You'll then be invited to lie down (savasana style) for a guided visualization and sound journey with crystal singing bowls, soothing vocals and other instruments.

We practice creating Brave Space together, and this Circle is open to everyone.
